Returns

We hope you love your Te J-Rae Jewellery however, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in it’s original condition
  • The item must be returned in it’s original packaging
  • Provide Order Number

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Refund

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

We will provide return instructions once approved

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method within 5-7 working days.
